• EASE Leadership Transition Intensive: A 6-week intensive coaching engagement for leaders navigating transitions, using the EASE framework (Establish Clarity, Align Decisions, Show Up with Steadiness, Embed What Works).

• 1:1 Executive Coaching: Ongoing coaching for leaders seeking strategic support over time.

• Clarity Calls: Complimentary initial consultations to determine fit and direction.

• Digital products and lead magnets made available through the website.

Executive coaching services are not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. If you require any of these services, please consult a licensed professional. Your Strategic Edge does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.

Enrollment in a paid program constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service and any program-specific agreements provided at the time of purchase. A coaching agreement or service contract may be required prior to commencing services.

To get the most from our work together, you agree to:

• Show up to scheduled sessions on time and prepared

• Provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a session

• Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes

Coaching outcomes depend significantly on your engagement and effort. Your Strategic Edge does not guarantee specific results.

Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the same program week when possible.

All content on this website, including the EASE framework, written materials, worksheets, email content, and course materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of Naomi Jones / Your Strategic Edge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without written permission.

Materials provided to you as part of a program are licensed for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or used in a commercial context.

What is shared in coaching sessions remains confidential, with the following exceptions: disclosure required by law, imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or with your explicit written consent.

We ask that you also maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary frameworks, tools, or approaches shared in your program.

Your Strategic Edge and Naomi Jones are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ottawa, Ontario.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
