For me, that shift started with one question.
After being promoted to director, I spent weeks trying to make a budget decision. I analyzed everything. Still no clarity.
My coach asked, “Which decision would you feel confident explaining to your team and your boss?”
That changed everything. It wasn’t about the numbers. It was about alignment. That moment became the foundation of the EASE framework:

A - Align Decisions. Make decisions that feel grounded and look credible.
S - Show Up with Steadiness. Navigate dynamics without second-guessing yourself.
