Refund Policy

Your Strategic Edge is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized executive coaching services. Because our programs involve significant preparation, limited availability, and reserved time, our refund policy reflects the nature of high-touch, customized work.
Enrollment is final: Due to the intensive, personalized nature of this program and its limited enrollment, all payments for the EASE Leadership Transition Intensive are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
We encourage you to:
Book a complimentary Clarity Call before enrolling to ensure we are a strong fit
Review the program details carefully before committing
Ask any questions you have prior to enrollment
If extraordinary circumstances arise (such as a serious medical emergency), please contact us directly. We will review these situations individually and, where possible, offer the option to defer your enrollment to a future cohort rather than a refund.
For ongoing coaching arrangements:
Monthly retainer clients may cancel future months with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for a current month are non-refundable.
Pre-paid packages are non-refundable. If you need to pause, we can discuss options for deferring remaining sessions.
Individual standalone sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Clarity Calls
Complimentary Clarity Calls carry no charge and therefore no refund applies. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through our booking system.
All digital products (lead magnets, downloadable resources) are provided free of charge and are non-refundable by nature.
When you enroll in the EASE Intensive or commit to an ongoing coaching relationship, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Preparation begins immediately, and your spot cannot be filled once we begin. This policy ensures we can give each client our full attention and commitment.
We take our role seriously and are genuinely invested in your success. If something isn't working, we encourage you to raise it during our sessions so we can course-correct together.
If you have questions about your enrollment or a billing concern, please reach out before assuming the worst. We're people, and we'd rather work something out directly.
