Your time to level up

THE BIG OUTCOME HERE:

You're capable.

You've earned this role.

So why does every decision feel like it takes twice as long? Why does your leadership feel like it's not landing the way it used to? And why are you carrying this constant, low-grade anxiety that wasn't there before?

Decisions take longer. Stakes feel higher. And it feels like you're being watched more closely than before.

Your credibility feels at risk. You're not sure people trust you yet. The margin for error feels small, and it still feels like you're proving yourself.

The team feels harder to lead. There's tension you didn't anticipate. People aren't aligned. Buy-in is harder, and conversations take more energy than they should.

And the role itself isn't what you imagined. The scope is bigger. The expectations are higher. You thought you'd be more settled by now, but instead, you feel behind.

You're wondering: "If I'm so capable, why does this role feel so hard?"

I've been there. I understand. And I can help.

A look inside

What You Want

You want to feel steady in your role. Not months from now. Now.

You want to make decisions without spiraling. You want your leadership to land. You want to stop second-guessing and trust your judgment again.

That's what Your Strategic Edge gives you: clarity, credibility, and calm authority.

Time for change

Here's what makes leadership transitions so hard:

The situation changed, but no one gave you the roadmap. You stepped into a new landscape with different expectations, stakeholders, and team dynamics. And you're expected to navigate it all while appearing confident.

You can't always talk about it. When you're trying to earn your boss's respect, you hesitate to admit you're struggling. When you're building trust with your team, you can't show up uncertain. And even when colleagues are supportive, they have their own stakes in the situation. So you carry it alone.

The support available doesn't address what you actually need. Internal leadership programs focus on company needs, not what you need as a leader navigating change. The books offer useful ideas, but they don't help you answer the questions that actually matter: How do I lead in this situation? How do I trust my judgment when there's no obvious right answer?

You're supposed to have it all figured out. So you prepare more, gather more input, push yourself to get it right. But that doesn't work. Because this isn't a capability gap. It's a situation shift.

You’ve Tried

You've been working hard to figure this out. You've:

Read the leadership books. But they teach theory, not how to navigate your specific decisions and challenges right now.

Attended leadership trainings. But they covered general principles, not how to interpret your real situations.

Gathered more input before making decisions. But without a framework to filter what matters, more information just creates more noise.

Told yourself to "just trust your gut". But when everything feels new, your gut is uncertain. You need a way to build that internal compass.

Waited for it to get easier with time. But time alone doesn't create clarity. Without a framework, it just means more months of trial and error and second-guessing.

You've been doing everything you can think of. And you're still second-guessing.

What You Really Need

What you need isn't more information or time. You need a different way of thinking.

Hello!

I'm Naomi Jones,

I help leaders in transition stop second-guessing and start trusting their judgment.

Over a 25-year career in tech, I led teams through the exact transitions you're navigating. I know what makes them hard and what actually works.

What made those transitions hardest wasn't the work itself. It was the isolation. I've been where you are. More times than I can count. And I've figured out what actually works.

Now, as a Certified Professional Coach, I help leaders navigate transitions in weeks instead of months. My clients leave our work with clarity about what's happening, a framework they trust, steady confidence, and leadership that lands.

INTRODUCTING

The Solution Course

See the EASE Framework in Action

Here's what the EASE Framework looks like in practice:

Marcus, a new director, was stuck on whether to address his underperforming team lead now or wait until he had "more credibility." He'd been gathering data for weeks but couldn't get clear. In our first session, we walked through EASE:

Establish

Clarity:

What was he really deciding? Not when to act, but whether addressing performance was about being a good leader or protecting himself from looking harsh. Once he saw that, the decision became obvious.

Align

Decisions:

What mattered most here? His team's success and maintaining his integrity as a leader. Waiting wasn't strategic. It was avoidance

Show Up with Steadiness

How could he handle the conversation with composure? We mapped his talking points and practiced his tone. The conversation felt manageable instead of terrifying.

Embed
What Works

What could he learn? That his gut about performance issues is usually right. Waiting doesn't make hard conversations easier.

Result: He had the conversation that week. The team lead appreciated the direct

feedback and created a plan to improve.

That's EASE: not theory, but a way of thinking you apply to real situations

until it becomes second nature.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

How The 6 Weeks Work

This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are and evolve as your leadership situation does. Rather than a fixed curriculum, EASE is a personalized coaching engagement built around the real decisions, conversations, and leadership moments you’re navigating right now.

1. Leadership Transition Assessment (Before We Begin)

You'll complete a detailed assessment of where you're stuck, where decisions feel heaviest, and where your judgment feels least reliable. This shapes our coaching from session one so we're addressing your actual situation immediately, not working through a generic curriculum.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Clarity on your starting point and specific challenges

  • Coaching tailored to your situation from the very first session

  • Faster progress. We're addressing your actual situation from session one

2. Six Weekly Private Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)

Each week, we work through your real decisions, conversations, and challenges using the EASE Framework. You'll get clarity on situations you're facing now, not hypothetical examples, and build confidence through demonstrated capability, not positive thinking.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Real-time support on your actual situations, not hypothetical examples

  • Decisions you can trust, even without perfect information

  • Measurable reduction in second-guessing and increase in confidence

3. Session Summaries and Reflection Guides

After each session, you'll receive a summary of key insights and a brief reflection prompt (10-15 minutes). Intentionally light. Designed to reinforce learning between sessions without adding more to your plate.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Reinforces learning between sessions

  • Helps you track your progress over the 6 weeks

  • Focused reflection that takes 10-15 minutes, not hours

4. Support Between Sessions

You have direct email access for decision support, preparation before high-stakes moments, and clarifying thinking before action. This helps you stay oriented when pressure shows up between sessions, leading to fewer reactive decisions and more confidence in real time.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Support when pressure shows up, not just on a schedule

  • Fewer reactive decisions

  • More confidence moving forward in real time

5. Practical, Situation-Based Approach

This isn't theory. Every session focuses on your actual decisions and current challenges. The goal isn't to "fix" you. It's to help you trust your judgment in motion. You'll leave each session with clarity on next steps and build confidence through demonstrated capability.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • Immediate application to your current challenges

  • Leave each session with clarity on your next steps

  • Build confidence through demonstrated capability, not positive thinking

6. The EASE Framework: Your Repeatable Way of Thinking

You'll learn and practice the four-stage framework (Establish Clarity, Align Decisions, Show Up with Steadiness, Embed What Works). It gives your brain something to hold onto when spiraling. And works across all leadership challenges: decisions, conversations, team dynamics.

KEY BENEFITS:

  • A structured way to work through decisions when there's no obvious answer

  • Reduces spiraling by giving your brain something to hold onto

  • Works across all types of leadership challenges (decisions, conversations, team dynamics)

MORE DETAILS

Your Questions Answered

I'm really busy. Will I have time for this?

The EASE Intensive requires 6 weekly 60-minute sessions plus 15-20 minutes of reflection time between sessions. That's about 90 minutes per week total.

Here's the real question: Do you have time to spend another 6 months feeling uncertain, second-guessing every decision, and wondering if you're focusing on the right things? The time you'll save by not spiraling will more than make up for the 90 minutes per week you invest.

How is this different from other leadership coaching?

Most leadership coaching focuses on skill-building or general leadership principles. The EASE Intensive is specifically designed for leaders in transition who need to stabilize quickly. It's time-bound (6 weeks), focused on building a repeatable framework, and applied to your real situations. You're not learning theory. You're practicing a way of thinking on actual decisions until it becomes second nature.

What if I complete EASE and still need support?

After EASE, most clients feel steady enough to continue independently. Some choose ongoing 1:1 coaching for complex challenges that emerge. There's no requirement to continue. EASE is complete in 6 weeks. But if you want ongoing support, that option exists.

Do I need to complete EASE before doing 1:1 coaching?

Most 1:1 coaching clients have completed EASE first because it builds the foundation. However, some leaders come directly to 1:1 coaching if they're already stable in their role and need strategic thought partnership rather than transition support. We'll discuss which makes sense for you on our Clarity Call.

What if EASE doesn't work for me?

If after our first session you feel this isn't the right approach, I'll refund your investment in full. This work requires commitment from both of us, and I want you to feel confident about that commitment from the start.

Can I do this if I'm remote/in a different time zone?

Yes. All sessions are conducted via Google Meet. I work with clients across multiple time zones. We'll find times that work for both of us.
